Finding the right freelancers can be daunting. We know this as we have spoken to over 100 brands now.
Either its an open job platform where you shoot in the dark (upwork, fiverr) or you go through the “vetted platforms” where you still sift through a bunch of talent. Sometimes you do find the skill match, but still take a chance on timely delivery, clear communication and other work ethics.
Most platform are notorious for generating hundreds of unqualified candidates that you need to sort through. Some agencies can be helpful in targeting the right candidates but are often expensive.
Here, we are a platform that takes responsibility.
When you share your goals or choose one of our service packages, we don’t make you go through our entire pool of freelancers. We send you the top 3-5 candidates for you to pick from. Better quality with quicker decisions. Plus we offer a more cost-effective freelancer in the process.
We do not just match for skills, but also for working styles. Plus, for an optional small fee, we also have all work vetted by a quality manager (an expert in the field). We share our no-tolerance policy with the freelancers when they start with us, and are also very strict about client feedback.
